This Lemon & Herb Marinade / Sauce spice blend offers a delightful combination of zesty lemon and fragrant herbs that can be used in various culinary applications. Adjust the quantities and ingredients based on your taste preferences and enjoy the fresh and vibrant flavors.
As a Marinade – Suggested blend (Spice 50 g / Oil 10 ml / Water 120 ml): You may also mix the Lemon & Herb Powder Blend with a bit of olive / sunflower oil, yogurt, or mayonnaise to create a marinade. Coat your choice of protein (chicken, fish, tofu, etc.) with the mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Grill, roast, or sauté the marinated protein to perfection.
As a Sauce (Mix as per required viscosity): Mix the Lemon & Herb Powder Blend with plain yogurt or sour cream for a quick and tangy sauce. Serve the sauce as a dip for veggies, drizzle it over grilled meats, or use it as a spread in sandwiches and wraps.
As a Sprinkle: Brush roasted vegetables, potatoes, chicken lightly with oil. Sprinkle the blend on to add a burst of lemony-herb flavor.
As a Paste: Mix the Lemon & Herb Powder Blend either with olive / sunflower oil, lemon juice, and a splash of vinegar to create a paste.
