Return or exchange of the products purchased should be done at www.minnies-online.co.za.
If any item has failed before the bottle has been opened (e.g the product is “off” when opened), we will arrange for the collection of the product at our expense and depending on your choice, will either replace or refund.
Please contact our Customer care service at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the replacement or refund.
Please bear in mind that all items are, at Minnies election, inspected before arranging the replacement or refund.
If a product is damaged upon delivery (e.g. leaking bottle), take a photograph and contact us immediately at email@example.com. The photograph must include the batch code of the product which is printed on the bottle. As the bottle is plastic, dented bottles do not qualify as damaged.
If the product has leaked, do not consume. Discard the damaged product and packaging safely, immediately after a photograph has been taken.
Minnies will replace the product and deliver at its’ own cost.
Incorrect product supplied
If any of the items you received isn’t what you ordered, Minnies will arrange to collect it at its cost, and once it’s arrived back at our warehouse and been inspected, the item will be replaced.
Incorrect product ordered
If you ordered any items you don’t want, the items may be returned to Minnies at your expense, within 10 days after purchase. Please see below as to how they must be returned.
Should you wish to receive a refund, the amount refunded will be the total amount paid, less the courier cost to Minnies to deliver to you.
Should you wish to replace the incorrect products, the courier cost plus any difference in the cost of the products already paid for and the replacement products, will be communicated to you, and will need to be paid before the replacement is supplied.
Minnies will refund or replace the items as soon as they have arrived back at its warehouse, subject to them being in fully saleable condition.
Replacement and Refund Options for returned items
Where Minnies has agreed to replace or refund any product supplied and which has been returned to it, although you are free to choose the preferred compensation, Minnies reserves the right to change the list of available compensation options depending on the items returned, customer location, banking peculiarities, or other reasons creating difficulties or inconveniences.
How to Return a Purchased Item
Where you are returning any item purchased, the following must be adhered to.
Send us a photograph of the item you wish to return. Upon feedback from Minnies, fill out your return form correctly, with your order number, the product you are returning, the reason for the return, and if you want a refund or an exchange. If you do not mention your order number, Minnies won’t be able to process your return.
Repackage the item in the original box and packaging.

The shipping/delivery cost for the returned items is paid by you. We will compensate the shipping/delivery charges if you are returning damaged, faulty, or items not ordered.
Bottles that are returned may not be opened, the tamper evident sleeve must be present, and the bottles must be in Minnies delivery packaging.
What Happens Next
Minnies will send you an email as soon as we’ve received your returned items in their original condition and have processed your return:
- A returned item will be inspected upon arrival.
- If the condition in which an item has been returned is inappropriate and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you. This includes incorrect items delivered.
- If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, then within 10 business days after receipt thereof, you will either receive compensation or the returned item will be replaced, depending on what is appliable in this Return and Refund Policy, and what you have chosen.
- If you paid by credit/debit card, Minnies will process any refund to your credit/debit card.
Non-refundable Items and non-replaceable items
We do not refund or replace products that are not eligible for return.
Non-refundable (non-returnable) products include:
- Opened products;
- Bottles which are received leaking due to improper packaging.
