Yes. Minnies is FSSC 22000 certified which includes HACCP and a host of other requirements. This is one of the highest food safety certifications in the world.

Minnies manufacture a wide range of products (50) in South Africa but have produced a variety of other products at the behest of some of our export customers taking this range to 100.

We have discovered that it’s not a case of one shoe fits all. We love to experiment and we have a vibrant R & D team. Food is like the fashion industry, as the seasons beckon so does the need for new styles (flavours). There are trends that we follow and then there is the originality of our R & D in whipping up flavours unique to Minnies.

We have a cookbook called “Create a Dish” on our website which will provide wonderful clarity and insight as to how our products can be used – right down to making Peri Peri Popcorn!

We will then advise you as to which of our products will work best for you. Cost is always a concern and we think that you will be pleasantly surprised at just how competitively priced we are. Yes, we do, although there are some strict parameters under which we will do. Send us an email detailing what you wish to do, volumes, flavour ranges etc. and we will get back to you with further information and lots of questions.

Yes, we do. However, as with the point above, we will work within the parameters determined by the company.

Yes, we do. Samples are provided free of charge in sachets, however, the cost to courier will be to your account. Now we know that you are serious and not just a collector! When you order your first 20-foot container we will very gladly reimburse this cost to you.

A minimum order of a 20-foot container. A minimum of four flavours may make up the container.

Our products are distributed into many different markets from the vendor on the street corner to butchers, fast food, supermarkets, cash & carry’s, ship chandlers, food service (HORECA), schools, canteens, military, prisons, restaurants, restaurant chains, hotels, casinos, home industries etc.
