Soya Sauce

Soy Sauce or Soya Sauce originated in China and is commonly used in East and South East Asian cuisine and also appears in some Western cuisine dishes.

Although there are many types of Soy Sauce, all are salty and earthy tasting, brownish liquids used to season food whilst cooking or at the table.
