Peri Peri Oil

Ordinary sunflower oil is introduced to our blend of spices. This is heated for a precise time and then allowed to stand for many hours, thereby allowing all the goodness and flavour of the spices to impart its unique aroma and taste to the oil. The blend of spices is only used once.

This ensures that the quality of Minnies Peri Peri Oil is always maintained and that there is a consistent flavour profile. Peri Peri Oil is used primarily in seafood, especially when cooking prawns, lobsters, shrimps and octopus. The Peri Peri Oil has a pleasant bite to it and is not overwhelming.
