Lemon and Herb
The Lemon & Herb may be used as a sauce or as a marinade. Pre-cook and pierce chicken pieces. Place the chicken in a plastic bag. Pour the Lemon & Herb into the packet ensuring that the chicken pieces are all well covered for at least two hours.
When you are ready to either braai or grill, use the sauce in the packet and baste constantly ensuring that the chicken is turned regularly. When the chicken is a lovely golden brown colour, remove and drizzle any remaining Lemon & Herb onto it.
