Ketchup
Ketchup, also known as Tomato Ketchup, Red Sauce or Tomato Sauce is a condiment.
Ketchup started out as a general term for sauce, typically made of mushrooms or fish brine with herbs and spices. Mushroom Ketchup is still available in some countries. Some early main ingredients included blueberries, anchovies, oysters, lobsters, walnuts, kidney beans, cucumbers, cranberries, lemons, celeries and grapes. Ketchup is often used on chips (french fries), hamburgers, sandwiches and grilled or fried meat.
Minnies Ketchup contains a high percentage of tomatoes and contains no colourants.
