Portuguese Flame Grill

The Portuguese Flame Grill is a mild to hot sauce with a tangy lemon flavour. As with the Lemon & Herb, the Portuguese Flame Grill may also be used either as a marinade or as a sauce. Pre-cooking / steaming chicken will always result in soft, juicy, moisture filled meat.

The flame grill or oven will complete the cooking process to a succulent, golden brown finish. The meat will become more fiery in flavour the longer it is basted and grilled.
